This surprisingly delicious chocolate mousse dessert is easily made from three New World plants, namely avocado, cocoa and agave. The avocados should be very ripe, to the point where the navel almost - or even just - starts to mold.
- cocoa powder
- agave syrup
- Peel the avocados and remove the nut.
- Break down the fleshy parts of the avocados using a fork or mixer; depending on desired texture.
- Add the cocoa powder and mix.
- Now add agave syrup to taste, mix some more and your mousse in done.
